Myka, The Artifact Hunter (blink and you’ll miss it!)

This was never about being creatively original, it was about seeing whether I could do it or not. I wanted to know whether I could reproduce one of my favourite credit sequences effectively, about whether I could successfully pull it apart and put it back together again.

Working out which clips to use was the easy part, getting the right font styles was a little bit trickier, but the really challenging part was all those overlay graphics that only appear on the screen for a couple of frames at a time. Such a little thing, barely noticeable, but if they weren’t there then the whole thing would have looked wrong and you would have noticed that!

I got Marisol from the same site that I snagged the picture from. I much prefer Eva. However in the fan fiction I would write, the one stuck in my head and will probably remain there, Cameron has her entered on her cell phone as ‘Zam’… because Cam and Zam is just too funny!

One of my favorite rides at Disney World officially closed yesterday. I loved this ride so much, and I rode it countless times every time I went to Disney World. Some of my favorite memories that I have of my grandpa are me sitting next to him while riding this ride, both of us acting like kids. I’m really going to miss Snow White’s Scary Adventures. Thanks for the memories. ♥ 

No. No. NO. NONONONO. That’s just not right. Surely this should be like an everlasting thing… it was their first full length feature… it’s like the bedrock of all full length animated films and should be respected and immortalised as so!

Unless they plan on updating it with holographic versions of the Once Upon A Time cast… I might be able to live with that… though I remember the first time I went on the ride as a kid and being scared before we’d even gone behind the first set of doors because the Evil Queen was peering out a window at us!
